Betsie has over fifteen years of experience working with pre-teens through young adults struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, specific phobias, and school avoidance. She also has a passion for working with high-functioning teens on the Autism Spectrum with co-occurring anxiety disorders. , Betsie knows first-hand the limiting nature of anxiety and phobias. Through this shared experience, she brings empathy, authenticity and creativity to her work. She is inspired by her clients’ personal growth, increased confidence and their expanding opportunities after they develop grit, courage and resiliency with treatment.
