About Us

Over the past 25 years, I have discovered that talk therapy has its limitations when clients are working toward fully healing their traumatic life experiences. I offer a mind-body approach that incorporates somatic therapy techniques and strategies for lasting change. Clients learn how to reorganize and overcome the effects of trauma, instead of having to relive it in therapy. Somatic therapy teaches clients how to locate and better understand stress responses in the body, and how to use the body as a resource to release those responses. It also helps to regulate the nervous system, which is vital to feeling in balance. , I offer a safe, judgment-free space to help people find their way out of feeling overwhelmed. I work with adolescents and adults who are experiencing low motivation and life dissatisfaction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and executive functioning difficulties. Together, we can work toward goals that are client-centered, attainable, and life-changing! , I understand how living in a high state of stress can stop people from having the life that they want. I believe that everyone can heal, no matter what their circumstances are. Over the past 25 years, I have helped people recover who have been been unsuccessful with achieving their therapy goals, and it is truly an honor to be part of that process.
