Did you ever feel different from your family, like you never quite fit in and had to change or hide parts of yourself to be accepted? I am passionate about working with young adults who want to unpack and process childhood trauma so you can fully embrace your authentic, weird and unique self. , I utilize an eclectic approach of different evidence based practices while incorporating humor, appropriate self disclosure, authenticity and creativity to find an individualized approach that works best for you. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), motivational interviewing, CBT and mindfulness. , I am passionate about working with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma and LGBTQ+ issues. My goal is to create a welcoming and affirming environment where trust and safety are the foundation of our sessions.
