Hi! My new office location, Sun and Moon Counseling LLC, will be opening in October. Are you looking to process your childhood trauma, explore complex family dynamics and understand how these experiences have impacted you? Did you ever feel different from your family, like you never quite fit in and had to change or hide parts of yourself to be accepted? I am passionate about working with young adults who want to unpack and process childhood trauma so you can fully embrace your authentic, weird and unique self. , I utilize an eclectic approach of different evidence based practices while incorporating humor, appropriate self disclosure, authenticity and creativity to find an individualized approach that works best for you. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), motivational interviewing, CBT and mindfulness. , I am passionate about working with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma and LGBTQ+ issues. My goal is to create a welcoming and affirming environment where trust and safety are the foundation of our sessions. In sessions, we will work to identify and validate emotions, explore unmet needs and build your confidence. I look forward to meeting you!
