I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Connecticut and have been working in the counseling field since 2007. My approach is client centered, strength based, and solution focused. I believe in the importance of understanding how individuals function within their systems. I have experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, and families experiencing various mental health, developmental, and transitional issues. I also work with couples who are experiencing difficulties navigating the challenge of maintaining positive healthy relationships. My professional experiences include crisis counseling, home-based therapy, school counseling, and private practice. , I am passionate about helping others learn skills to fulfill their goals and reach their potential.
