I believe that everyone experiences times in their lives where situations are not going as planned, or feeling that things could just be going better. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be living their best life. As a social worker and a therapist, my goals are to help individuals make these situations better, promoting safety, normalizing dysregulated feelings, while providing nonjudgmental, client-centered, culturally competent care. I encourage individuals to be active participants in all facets of their treatment and promote a sense of positive wellbeing and support throughout whatever these challenges may be. , I am experienced in working with diverse populations, with past primary focus of crisis management with children and adolescents with mental health and behavioral concerns.
