" Are you struggling with anxiety or life transitions? Or maybe youre pregnant, just had a baby, or could use a space to vent while parenting? Life can be full ups and downs and we shouldnt have to do it alone. As a therapist, I use a strengths-based approach to empower clients experiencing symptoms of anxiety, difficulty adjusting to life transitions and women navigating motherhood. I incorporate Walk and Talk Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am passionate about meeting the client where they are at in order to provide a safe space for support, reflection, and growth. ", I specialize in working with women who are trying to conceive, women who are pregnant, and new mothers.
