I have years of experience as a therapist and supervisor helping people navigate their way to wellness through varying levels of care. I treat adolescents and adults who want to work on healing trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic pain, depression, or screen addiction. In addition to traditional talk therapy I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a modality designed to assist in healing from trauma.
