Since we know ourselves and our experiences better than anyone else ever will, by having space to tap into that deep sense of self and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness, empowerment and hope, we can often be our own agent of understanding, resolve, and change. , I am a Nationally Certified, LPC with several years’ experience working with clients through a number of issues and experiences. My intention is to bring my best self in helping you feel heard, supported, and guided without judgement.
