My history with Yale New Haven Hospital has provided extensive clinical experience and training working with individuals facing mental health challenges, chronic illness, pregnancy and postpartum care. I also have school-based counseling experience. I have worked with people experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety and depression around life changes, relationships and trauma. , I believe in inclusivity, in treating all people with respect and compassion. I aim to create a safe space where you can express your true self without fear or judgement. The therapeutic journey is a collaborative one, together we will explore your unique circumstances and emotions. , Through a blend of evidence-based techniques and compassionate support I am prepared to begin the process where you are, focusing on your personal growth.
