About Us

I am a licensed psychotherapist, accepting new patients in NY and CT, who are interested in telehealth sessions. I specialize in treating men and women who are experiencing daily life stressors, social anxiety, depression, and anxiety. I also work with younger adults, coping with challenges in school, relationships with friends and/or romantic partners, time management, life changes, and future planning. I have a special accreditation in perinatal mental health, PMH-C. Much of my career has included working at a hospital in the NICU; I offer support to families during & after NICU. , " I have supported parents prenatally and during the postpartum period with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, birth traumas, and parenting challenges. I offer consults to parents anticipating a NICU admission to emotionally prepare for babys hospitalization and to be able to ask questions about the medical environment. ", I am committed to working together in order to help you achieve insight, healing, and positive change in your life.
