We are a small group of professional therapists thriving to create a safe, caring, & confidential atmosphere. We are dedicated to helping our clients feel comfortable so they can work on mental health issues, daily challenges and life stressors. We are centrally located in Canterbury with easy access from Plainfield, Lisbon, Windham and surrounding areas. Our clinicians also utilize dogs, and horses along with art & play therapy when it is appropriate. We are happy to announce the addition of a Certified Holistic Nutritionist to the practice. Along with adolescent group therapy and child and adolescent therapeutic book clubs. , Our providers cover a wide range of specialities across the lifespan.
