I have been licensed as a therapist since 2013. Originally from Wisconsin I have lived in Steamboat Springs, Colorado since 2017. I focus primarily in treating addictions, anxiety, depression, OCD, sleep issues, sports performance improvement and trauma (PTSD). When people seek out a therapist they often fall into two categories. The first being those who are seeking therapy for the first time. The second are people who have been in therapy before who are seeking a therapist who can help them heal permanently from whatever issue they are dealing with.
