About Us

The decision to come to therapy is courageous, vulnerable, and a huge step towards change. Taylor (she/her) tailors her work with clients to the individual because she believes that no one knows you or your story better than yourself. Taylor prioritizes establishing a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative relationship with her clients, as she believes that genuine relationships and connections can cultivate growth and healing. She approaches all her clients with cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and systemic awareness. She aims to work in collaboration, so clients can identify what goals you would like to work toward. She has experience working with youth (as young as 4 years old), adolescents, college students, and adults. Taylor is passionate about working with clients who are struggling with concerns related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, parenting, life transitions and more. , We all have a desire to be seen, heard, and known. We heal best when we can find attunement within an accepting and genuine relationship. It may be working to unpack negative beliefs that you have carried from childhood, or you may be seeking personal growth because of current stressors. No matter what you are carrying, there is space here for exploration.
