Are you feeling disconnected from yourself or your relationship? I can help! I enjoy working with and empowering adolescents, couples, and the elderly to overcome obstacles and process through trauma that impacts growth. I also use qEEG Neurofeedback to address the struggles associated with ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, autism, and behavioral issues in children and adults. Neurofeedback is a non-invasive treatment modality and changes are noticed faster than with a pharmacological approach. , Speciality areas I work with include anxiety, trauma, and marital issues. I utilize a variety of evidence based treatment approaches and am board certified in Neurofeedback and EMDR trained. , My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and nurturing environment for my clients. I take a fun and humorous approach to therapy and use holistic methods to aid in facilitating the path to healing. I am deeply passionate about the work I do and I look forward to working with you!
