I specialize in helping clients of all ages who are struggling with trauma, complex trauma, depression, stress, self-esteem and interpersonal difficulties. My ideal client is one who is ready to be free from the impact of trauma, be it old or recent trauma, and is desiring growth and healing within themselves and their relationships. I am both an EMDR International Association Approved Consultant and Trainer and have provided this therapy for over two decades.
