I have over 25 years of experience working with all ages from young children, adolescents and older adults. I enjoy supporting people through life’s most difficult moments and have extensive experience with grief and loss, serious illness, end of life, caregiving, and compassion fatigue for professionals. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy in office to address trauma, end of life and serious illness. I believe in the importance of a compassionate presence to encourage and support you and/or your child through the healing process and to develop the resources and coping you need to gain self confidence and a greater sense of peace. , My life and work are grounded in gratitude and a genuine appreciation for life and our human ability to find strength and resilience. I believe that when we offer healing to ourselves we also offer that healing to the world and all the lives we touch.
