About Us

I am here to meet you on the precipice of embracing the unknown; self discovery, facing fear and anxiety, uprooting patterns, and stepping into the great telling of your own story. My work is reciprocal medicine; to see and be seen. Through belonging and connection I hope to create a safe space where one feels honored in all human intricacies. To witness, to keep stories, to listen, this is what I do. , Within each of us is a sacred space, a container, where we are wholly held in the soft and warm embrace of our own two hands. Many of us, myself included, lose touch with this inner part, and fumble about in the world, lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected. My purpose as a therapist is to reinforce and coax this safe space within you back home to yourself. , Therapy is truly only functional when both therapist and client feel a connection and build on that connection through therapeutic alliance.
