Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with 14 years of experience in workings with children, adolescents and adults who struggle with PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, grief and loss issues, relationship issues and autism spectrum disorders. I am trained as an EMDR therapist and provide trauma informed play therapy and psychotherapy. I provide individual, group and family therapies. I believe that with compassion and support, clients are able to overcome adversity and live their life to the fullest. , I am a trauma informed therapist and I understand how tauma impacts the brain and how healthy relationships can help repair the neurobiology of the individual. I have been trained extensively in Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics developed by Bruce Perry, MD. , My philosophy that drives my work is that I believe all people are social creatures and thrive through healthy human relationships. I believe that helping that person identify their needs and wishes then their friends and families and community members are better able to provide appropriate love and support.
