" In the past thirty years of practice, Ive come to deeply understand that all therapy is, in a sense, grief therapy. I began working as a volunteer with Hospice, and although I am trained and practiced in trauma and developmental techniques, I specialize my work with grief and loss. I help my clients walk through the profoundly life-changing territory of losses that can seem impossible to accept and heal from. Because we live in a culture that makes little room for it, I create a place and time for people to unpack their losses and, with time, grow into acceptance. Please let me know if I can help.
