I am only able to see private pay clients at this time. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. I also offer EMDR for those interested. I work with adults and teens experiencing issues with mental health, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. Maybe you feel dissatisfied with life, directionless, or unsure what to do to feel happier. I can help! My clients have told me I make therapy feel comfortable and they actually look forward to therapy. I am laid-back, caring, and easy to talk to. I will be your biggest cheerleader and ally so you can live according to your values and build a life worth living.
