I place emphasis on learning to love all the parts of yourself, whether this shows up as struggles with addictions, wanting a diagnosis, or if youre not willing to settle for status quo or unfulfilling connections. I offer a practice of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and some Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as KAP to help in whatever your situation may be. , Life is all about the peaks and valleys.
