I bring 35 years of cognitive, affective and behavioral therapy experience to my patients, which enables me to work on all three levels of existence: thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I work in face to face sessions in the office, as well as, skype sessions for those remotely located. , I work to establish strong rapport with my patients which allows me to diagnose the problems and move the patient through transformational treatment. I see psychotherapy as a healing journey of self discovery during which patients learn how to have a healthier relationship first with themselves and then with others.
