I bring 35 years of cognitive, affective and behavioral therapy experience to my patients, which enables me to work on all three levels of existence: thoughts, feelings and behaviors. This broad approach ensures that patients can fully and efficiently resolve multiple types of issues. , I treat a wide range of disorders including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting, divorce,eating disorders and substance abuse to name a few. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups. I work in face to face sessions in the office, as well as, skype sessions for those remotely located. , I work to establish strong rapport with my patients which allows me to diagnose the problems and move the patient through transformational treatment. I see psychotherapy as a healing journey of self discovery during which patients learn how to have a healthier relationship first with themselves and then with others.
