About Us

Accepting new clients (September 2024) I love working with couples and individuals navigating relational wounds. My mission is to build a genuine connection with you so together we can collaboratively create a safe space that is nurturing and warm in nature. I strive to cultivate vulnerability and empowerment in my therapeutic office by fostering an authentic relationship. I would describe my therapeutic care to be grounded in compassion, empathy and respect. Couples can expect to be met with compassion as I approach your desire to change while holding space to acknowledge where their relational wounds originate View 6 Photos, I offer trauma oriented therapy using both an IFS lens and EMDR therapy. I am dedicated to helping you break free from intergenerational trauma and cultivate a deep understanding of how these wounds show up today. In couples therapy I use (IFIO) to support building a relationship where you can identify your needs/desires while holding space for your partner , I would be honored to partner with you on this journey to learn to trust your inner wisdom, build your confidence in advocating for your needs and experience fulfilling relationships.
