As your therapist, my goal is to help you unearth what’s keeping you silenced, (re)connect to your inner wisdom, and forge a new path with more meaning, joy, and adventure. I believe in your unique wisdom and the aliveness that comes from its expression. Folks who come to me are untangling the impact of emotional and psychological abuse, struggling with maternal/parental wellness, or in need of care around career, identity, depression, anxiety, and more. People are often struggling with all that comes with early parenthood, boundaries, identity, toxic relationships, people pleasing, perfectionism, self-esteem, and coping skills.
