I believe wholeheartedly in human resilience and have focused my practice on highlighting the strengths of my clients. My goal is not only to teach you new tools but to highlight the resilience and capability you have within yourself to conquer whatever obstacles you may be facing. I am here to create a safe space to help my clients navigate the complexities of the human experience and work to overcome the internal and external challenges that they have encountered throughout their lives. , I focus my practice on highlighting the strengths of my clients. Using a variety of evidenced-based modalities, my goal is to support, challenge, and teach you as you work toward achieving a healthier, happier you. Through feedback, inquiry, processing, and psychoeducation, I aims to provide whatever you may be searching for. , Before starting my career as a therapist, I worked as a first responder in the Denver Metro Area. I worked collaboratively with some of Colorado’s bravest individuals, and I saw the importance of putting mental health on the frontlines.
