About Us

I see therapy as an opportunity to address the obstacles we encounter along the way of living our best lives. In sessions I seek to develop a safe and compassionate environment in which we explore your strengths and passions, painful thoughts and emotions and to develop new strategies designed to help you move closer towards your goals in self acceptance, relationships and other meaningful endeavors. My clinical work includes extensive experience in supporting young adults in their journey towards independence. This work can include exploring identity, purpose and, in some cases, work with your family of origin issues. , For the past 23 years I have had the honor of supporting clients finding their way along the path of addictions and other destructive behaviors. I continued to be inspired by the courage, growth and transformation that comes out of this important work as clients discover a new found sense of hope, wholeness and sense of vitality in their lives. , My approach is client-centered, with respect and curiosity towards the goals and direction you wish to pursue. Creativity, warmth and humor are strengths that I bring to the work. I draw upon evidence based practices such as Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance.
