Sometimes, things happen, and we are forced to deal with things we never thought possible. At my core I identify as a trauma therapist, my goal for my clients is to find the root of what prevents us from living and being our most authentic selves. When we survive hardship, our body holds on to tools that got us through, even if they no longer serve us. Sometimes they are right for the situation, other times they can make things worse.
