As an LPC, I enjoy working with many different types of clients. As a licensed school counselor as well as having my LPC, I have extensive experience working with students of all ages, families, staff and parents. I thrive on creating a therapeutic environment focusing on listening and understanding to help you be the best version of yourself. I like to use several therapeutic modalities when we meet, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Family Systems Therapy, Grief Therapy, and TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I am person-centered and narrative in my approach. , I love to empower my clients through connection, active listening and goal setting.
