About Us

My name is Robyn, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona and Colorado. I am located in Arizona where I offer in person or virtual sessions and offer virtual sessions to those in Colorado. I have been in the field since 2012. I have experience working in a variety of environments, populations, and diagnoses. I currently work with adults who are recovering from trauma (PTSD/CPTSD/attachment wounding) and experience anxiety, depression, panic, relationship issues, and adjustment issues. My approach to therapy is holistic and focuses on treating the mind, body, and spirit. I believe we all have an inner healer. , I am deeply passionate about treating trauma through harm reduction education & integration of psychedelic experiences (MAPS/PAT trained) using IFS. I also enjoy helping those who have somatic experiences of trauma find healing through recognizing & understanding the impact of trauma on the whole person. I will offer a spiritual lens when resonate. , I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS, level 1), yoga/meditation/breath work (YTT 200), & biofeedback as tools to help us reach your wellness goals. Biofeedback is an advanced electro-physiological device that aids in the reduction of stress in the body. This device offers instant relief to the HPA & is used in conjunction w/ IFS. I work with clients 18+.
