About Us

My ideal client could be of any age or gender/ they could have one or many issues that they need help with as I have a number of years of experience with all types of problems. The individual would want to talk and share their issues and be open to understand a range of options they could use. They would be willing to work on their issues and to grow personally. Their efforts would likely have a positive effect in their daily lives and the lives of others around them. I feel the single most important need is to be able to listen to the person and to try and understand their needs and wants. I can assist someone with issues of stress, anxiety or sadness in their life by working with them to develop coping skills, relaxation skills, and by listening to their issues. , A person knows themselves way better than I could ever hope to and should be a partner in therapy, as they will be doing the actual work. I am available in a timely manner and with over 45 years of experience. I have assisted over 8000 clients in a number of ways and would like to think that I am very good with helping individuals with their issues.
