" Hi! My name is Rebekah, and Im a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in eating disorder treatment centers at all levels of care with both adolescent and adult patients. In addition to my clinical training in eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, and depression, I specialize in providing culturally competent care for Jewish-identifying clients. ", I approach my work from a Health at Every Size (HAES), anti-diet, and social justice-oriented lens. I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology during sessions. I also offer EMDR on a case-by-case basis. , I firmly believe that my clients are, and always will be, the experts on their own lives.
