I believe that inside each of us, we already know how to achieve our goals, but that sometimes, we need a little help navigating just what that road may look like. Asking for help along our path is hard, but if it were meant to be done alone, people like me wouldn’t have jobs! We all get stuck from time to time, that is just part of being human. Using solution-focused and insight-based approaches, we will work together to develop a unique individualized strategy to guide you on your journey to an ideal self. , I am a Clinical Social Worker Candidate and have experience working with adults, children, and adolescents. I received my MSW from Colorado State University. I have worked with people struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, homelessness, relationships, stress management, crisis interventions, and substance abuse. , In addition to getting to work with so many motivated people and helping them along their path, I also have a passion for working with animals, humor, and crocheting, so please feel free to bring those to your sessions from time to time.
