Welcome! I’m Rachel, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is fully trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). My goal is to create a safe and empowering space for my clients in order to build a positive relationship. As we continue to grow as individuals, we are constantly trying to identify and discover who we are and who we want to be. Our teenage and young adult years can be stressful and overwhelming to navigate with all of the different life changes that continue to happen, so it’s okay to be unsure of where to go next. , I specialize in anxiety, depression, life-transitions, trauma, and relationships. I help teenagers, college students, and young adults learn to manage and understand difficult emotions, create healthy relationships, and feel confident in their life goals.
