To know, understand and LIVE in accordance with who you are, and who you choose to be. , Trained in somatic psychotherapy, the understanding of how neuroscience and development, nervous system regulation, attunement and movement provide a foundational bedrock and map of the brain, the body, the psyche, and the relationship between them are formed, will inform and guide our work together. , Together we will curiously explore and get to know and understand your story–your experiences, memories, embodiment, belief systems, and worldview–building conscious awareness and connection to yourself, and your body, and equipping you with tools, techniques and knowledge, as well as the ability to recognize and choose when and how to use them.
