About Us

I work with young adults and adults residing in CO and/or TX seeking a new set of skills to more effectively address interpersonal relationship instability, emotional dysregulation and distress, behavioral instability, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and chronic suicidal ideation. I offer DBT skills training and individual therapy to those interested in becoming more personally and socially satisfied by practicing a more effective, meaningful, and mindful lifestyle through the use of DBT skills. , My approach to therapy is relational. I believe the therapist/client relationship depends upon this. I love working on personal growth, boundaries informed living, codependency/self-love deprivation, and working with those individuals struggling with family of origin and relational difficulties/dysfunction. , I am a self-pay provider/practice only. Effective January 2022 - My practice will be following the No Suprises Act and Good Faith Estimates (GFE) will be made available to all current and new clients beginning as I do not bill nor accept any insurance plans for payment for any therapy, crisis management, nor limited case management I provide.
