I am committed to providing a safe space where you can be seen, heard, and understood. I utilize a trauma informed approach and believe in the possibilities and power of change. I am also trained in EMDR and find to be a powerful approach for many clients. , I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Addictions Specialist (LAC) with over 15 years of experience. I have worked with people with diverse backgrounds and with many different issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, LGBTQ+, HIV, relationship struggles, life transitions, or just feeling plain stuck in life. , I believe that the "answers" are often within us and when you allow yourself to be open to exploring your inner world; the path of healing and inner peace starts to become apparent.
