I help both adults and adolescents who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction issues, family issues or just feeling overwhelmed with life and the stress it creates. I love working with my clients who are trying to feel better and learn how to actively create the emotions they would rather be feeling. I work with my clients to help them learn how to acknowledge and listen to their emotions, to respond intentionally, and to take action on the very important information our emotions give us. , I teach skills using DBT or Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I focus on concepts of emotional regulation, creating an awesome and satisfying life, increasing effectiveness in communication and in relationships.
