", In my experience, effective counseling is grounded in the belief that we exist in an interactive world of multiple relationships with different roles and rules in each. A "problem" may appear to be within, but examining relationships in life may shift perspective and free you to fully realize your potential. , My training and experience has focused on several areas: supporting women in transition, assisting with relationship dilemmas, helping aging clients and caregivers, and counseling substance abuse clients. My recent training has been the state of Colorado as a Child and Family Investigator (CFI) and Parenting Coordinator.
