About Us

I am a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor with over 17 years of experience working in the field of psychotherapy & mindfulness practices. My work is a synthesis of western psychology and eastern philosophies. I offer individuals the tools to increase self-awareness, shift emotional patterning, strengthen mental focus, & increase spiritual character, to attain the vision one holds for their life. As part of my work, I have spent over a decade developing programs and curriculum for inner transformation and sustainable systems (community and/or family) change. I continue to offer my work virtually nation wide. , Liberating a client from blockages that prevent them from moving forward & creating a life they love is what I do. Together, we look at the blocks, identify them, & transform them with simple techniques. We then create a vision for life and align the client step by step with that vision. , I teach meditation and self-awareness practices formulated uniquely for each client. Providing a space of healing and breakthrough is where we start; providing the tools, support, and education to strengthen the mind & emotional center to become a vibrant, healthy, emotionally available human being is where we transform our lives.
