I have loved working with all types of individuals and families throughout my career, fostering robust therapeutic connections with many. My hope is to partner with clients who are committed to their personal growth and eager to work together towards improvement. My typical client may struggle with having experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, addiction and more. , Through trauma informed care, my top priority is working alongside clients in raising self esteem and quality of life. We do this by establishing coping tools, identifying patterns in their life, and more. I know I have done my job well when a client has completed therapy, and can identify the ways in which they have bettered their own lives. , I can attest personally to how challenging it can be to begin the therapy process.
