If you are angry, sad, depressed or anxious, I can help. I understand how difficulties in life can keep a person from experiencing a happy, healthy life. I believe that each person has the capacity to heal from the hurt caused by these experiences. As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe and secure environment that will allow you to feel the support needed to explore uncomfortable thoughts and feelings with a therapist who has the expertise to help. , I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma as a child or as an adult. You do not need to carry the negative consequences of these traumas into the rest of your life. I am a seasoned counselor who has specialized training to help people recover from difficult experiences and trauma. , I understand that it is very, very difficult to reach out to a stranger, asking for help. My clients tell me I am easy to talk to and easy get to know. As mentioned before that I am seasoned, which is a way of saying I have years and years of experience, so working with me is not like talking to a peer. And most importantly, my clients get better!
