In my 12 years of experience I offer knowledge and strategies to gain awareness and change for couples, families, and individuals. The environment I provide to my clients is one with openness, safety, and compassion. I also often help teenagers dealing with anxiety, trauma, or relationship issues. , I am a PACT level 2 therapist which is highly useful modality for couples and is backed by neuroscience and attachment. I also use EMDR which helps with trauma. These have helped me assist individuals/families with trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues (parenting, intimacy, communication).
