About Us

With life and circumstances moving so fast these days, sitting and talking with an elder can slow it down, creating a space and making the time to really think about and explore options, choices, and to deepen understanding of oneself. Change begins on the inside before it is seen outwardly. I work with individuals and couples. In our work together we might learn to see patterns of behavior, connect with deep beliefs and wishes, find out what brings meaning to our lives, and begin to live in a way that feels authentic and joyful. I do therapy in a very interactive way: listening, teaching, reflecting and offering insights. , I specialize in working with individuals and couples, people looking for a deeper meaning and purpose in their lives. Having lived more than 60 years in the USA and other countries, I bring to my practice the wisdom of years and a world view that is expansive, profound, multicultural and sensitive to those who have experienced trauma in the past. , The depth and breadth of my experience cannot be gained any other way that living it. From raising children, surviving teenagers and studying addictions, my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology completed my readiness to be of service in assisting others to cope and to find hope.
