About Us

I work with adults who are seeking a space to unpack, share and process their unique worlds. With a client-centered approach, I can offer cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other solution-focused modalities to help you get the most out of therapy. Together we can explore ways to identify and manage emotions, reduce stress, and explore areas of growth and opportunity. I have an extensive background in grief, anxiety and depression, including helping clients explore and improve communication ruptures with partners, friends and family systems. , I believe therapy is an ongoing conversation that lends itself to a flexible and dynamic approach. Since everybody needs something different in therapy, we can move at the depth and pace that is comfortable for you. Clients have told me that they appreciate my ability to draw from different approaches, while accommodating changing scheduling needs. , Whether you have been to therapy before or this is your very first time, I am here to listen, reflect and support. I recognize the importance of having an empathetic voice in the best and worst of times, and everything in between. Being vulnerable is never easy and I can and will be here to provide a safe space for you to share, process and initiate change.
