Throughout our journey negative beliefs and emotions impact how we view of ourselves, others and everyday life. My years of expertise in a variety of environments allows me to understand the many pieces that make up a persons story and help you discover\xa0how your past experiences impact you today. My goal is to help you breakthrough barriers and show you how to shift your internal mindset to see clearer than before and live a life\xa0in freedom, confidence, and joy. ", The areas I specialize in are: adolescent challenges, trauma, chronic illness, depression/anxiety, addiction issues, couples, and faith-based counseling.
