Everyone can benefit from a healing relationship with a counselor who is safe and trained to facilitate space to verbally process all aspects of life, including counselors themselves. In my experience working with a wide variety of clients, I have observed that people who desire change can achieve their goals in an environment where they can speak vulnerably about their experiences and have the structure to organize and challenge the automatic thoughts that have shaped their lives up till that point. Living by one’s core values is essential to thriving, so it is essential to identify them and evaluate how we abide by them. , I can offer a space to be yourself without judgment so you can determine the best course of action and what is prohibiting you from thriving. People are often bound by their past experiences or current addictions, and therapy can provide the space and accountability to create and follow plans for overcoming obstacles and developing awareness. , Finding people who are able to truly listen and empathize with your personal struggles can be very difficult, and I would love to provide a safe place to be yourself and process all the things that feel to risky with friends, family, and community.
