I believe music has a profound way of bringing emotions to the surface, and music therapy gives us opportunities to explore what can be difficult to uncover using words alone. I have personally experienced the connection, release, and healing that music brings, and I believe in its restorative power to improve well-being and connect us to ourselves and others. As a music therapist, my goal is to work collaboratively with you to help you achieve your goals, while guiding you to your true, authentic self through meaningful music experiences. , I use a person-centered, humanistic, and neurodiversity affirming approach, catering my sessions to the needs of my clients and working diligently to create an open and collaborative environment. I have experience working in a variety of settings, including mental health, special education, pediatrics, memory care, early intervention, and more. , Therapy can be an intimidating process, and I am passionate about creating a therapeutic space that allows clients to feel at ease and valued just as they are. We all have something unique and special to offer, and I hope to empower you to find that within yourself.
