About Us

I have treated a wide variety of presenting concerns. Areas of clinical interest: pregnant/ new moms, healing generational trauma ,nervous system regulation, career wellness, quarter life crisis, recovery coaching, family estrangement, positive psychology, pre-marital counseling, anxiety, kids/parent coaching, therapy newbies, recovering professionals and families, menopause, intuitive wellness, developmental trauma, & intersection of spirituality and psychology. I believe we were all put on this beautiful planet to do things only we were meant to do. ALL people can work to understand their own (understandable!) maladaptive adaptations and patterns. Then, in getting to work to recondition the system to rewire and heal at deep levels to create lasting change. I look forward to providing a nurturing & safe space for you to heal.
