All humans have emotional health needs and we are often not taught the tools to help support ourselves in meeting our needs. These needs, if not supported, end up effecting relationships, health, or employment and end up looking like depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, and more. I see you as a whole person and am looking forward to supporting you in learning how to support yourself! , I have over 15 years of experience working with people who are experiencing life stressors that effect their emotional wellbeing. I am certified in a number of evidenced based therapy models including Somatic Therapy, ART, DBT, TF-CBT, PCIT, CPP and MBSR. I’ve also completed my advanced certification as a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist. , Engaging in therapy and finding the right therapist can be a really hard and vulnerable process.
