I find that therapy is most impactful when it is collaborative and I base my therapeutic approach on my client’s unique life experiences and individual strengths. If you have been feeling stuck, scared, or just curious, I can help you learn more about yourself, your attachment patterns, and your goals. Emotional growth and healing is a lifelong journey and together we can navigate the low points and celebrate your progress along the way. You deserve to be treated with compassion, warmth, and kindness by those around you, but most importantly by yourself. , I feel most excited to work with people who want to explore their relationship with themselves, their community, and the environment. Together we can explore purpose, meaning, and other existential or spiritual questions so that you can find your niche within your unique ecosystem while successfully navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD. and trauma. , Coming from a background in ecology and environmental education, I believe that separation from nature causes suffering for all beings and I strive to connect my clients with the environment through Wilderness Therapy walk-and-talk sessions or by bringing natural elements (including my dog Sugar) into sessions.
